Reach Care & Dementia Advocacy was founded by a mother-and-daughter team who witnessed first-hand how difficult it can be for families to navigate health and social care.
We saw families left feeling overwhelmed, unheard and unsure where to turn.
That’s why we created Reach—to provide independent advocacy, practical guidance and compassionate support when it’s needed most.
Whether you’re facing difficult decisions about care, living with Dementia, Parkinson’s, MS or another long-term condition, or simply need someone in your corner, we’re here to help.

Meet Our Team.
Vikki and Ella Whale
We are a mother-and-daughter team with extensive experience in health and social care.
Reach was founded because we believe everyone deserves safe, dignified and person-centred care.
We understand how overwhelming care decisions can be, which is why we work alongside families to provide reassurance, advocacy and practical support every step of the way.
Qualifications
Between us, we hold NVQ Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications in Health and Social Care and have many years of experience working within the care sector. Throughout our careers, we have worked as Care Assistants and Senior Carers, giving us a genuine understanding of the challenges individuals, families and care professionals face every day.
Vikki also has experience as a CQC Registered Manager, providing us with a strong understanding of care standards, regulations and what high-quality, person-centred care should look like.
